Master Plan

The Avery Centre master plan is an expansive and innovative vision of what we believe will create an even more vibrant, healthy and livable community in affordable and business-friendly Williamson County. It combines all elements which make Round Rock such a great place to live, work and play: higher education, medical care, professional office & R&D facilities, entertainment, housing, retail and a walkable town square. These elements combine to create a self-sufficient, highly-functional community where commutes are short, amenities are plenty and businesses and families can thrive.
